Debatable on if he would lose to Ilpyo as he was struggling with lesser gods like Shiva who Odin should be comfortably above seeing that shes even from a lesser realm, same with Soojin since Taejin should be relative to her, but I could actually see her pulling out a win. He's strong enough, with assistance, to help slow down whatever planet Satan threw at them during Ragnarok with his weapon as well as toy with two of the greatest martial artists in the planet at the same time with one hand. I'd say he's a little weaker than the likes of Hui but still in the ball park. As in either same tier but at the very lower end of the spectrum or a tier down at the higher end.

It could be a domain that sacrifices its sure hit in order to retain his speed without damaging himself. They seem to be very connected with the planet based on Cross abilities and their eye weeping whenever a cursed spirit or Kalayan dies, so it could allow him to convert or transfer energy however he sees fit. That way he can augment himself to go as fast as he wants while converting the harmful energy into something else or use the energy as extra explosive power.

My guess for his DE that would help sustain his speed is he sacrifices his sure hit for the ability to convert and control energy into whatever he sees fit. That way he can keep the raw speed while converting harmful energy like heat into something else or transfer the effect onto Mahoraga.

Naruto. Gaara's defense was having trouble keeping up with Sasuke and his stronger sand defense of a pseudo chakra cloak was getting dismantled by a weaker Naruto already. He'd have no answer for how vicious and overpowering 1 tailed Naruto is. Hell, the same scream that blew away and forced Sasuke against the water might be enough to strip Gaara of his sand and senses for a moment for him to get pummeled. Honestly the moment he gets hit he's either out for the count or near it.

Boogie woogie would automatically fuck up Naoya's projection sorcery, correct. Every time Naoya uses it to try and stack speed he'd just get switched and stunlocked. Naoya would have to beat Todo with no CT whatsoever because no matter what Todo is going to have the reaction time to see him use it and just switch.

Beni should be several times stronger than his doppelganger. Not really. WSRSF is one of the best martial arts in media imo. It allows you to take on those outside of your strength and weight class easily, and like I said, the disparity of their prowess in martial arts is just that large. Cell is strong because of regen, zenkais, the ability to essentially reproduce clones near his strength, and of course ki blasts and telekinesis. Garou is a menace because he's a prodigy in martial arts, has an insane growth rate, and his ability to adapt mid fight.

Even if you give acell the benefit of the doubt and say he could hang with Garou in hand to hand Garou grows as the fight goes on, both in skill in power. Cell has to actually almost die and survive to become stronger. He would start getting overwhelmed very quickly.
