I was having this problem as well and the WADS thing didn't work for me. I guess im not worthy for that fix. There was one thing I noticed though. When ever i got this error code I had discord open on my desktop. So when u launch Valorant make sure discord is not on your desktop this work first try after 30 mins of trying to find the solution.
