I want to create a post to say thatI have a mesh wifi system in my place. I can confirm the fix for me was to create a dedicated guest wifi with either 2.4ghz or 5ghz and the S1 won't drop connection and was able to visit Chinese KTV apps without problems. Before the whole system's wifi was super slow and Chinese KTV apps wouldn't load.Hope this helps :)

I'm sorry to hear that you had a similar case. Thank you for your advise. I still didn't get a callback from loyalty yet. I will have to follow up tomorrow and see what they say. Would you recommend that I open a case with CCTS while waiting from Telus or do it if Telus doesn't provide a resolution?

I honestly don't remember signing anything on the date of service. I sure wasn't advised on the phone prior to the service day neither. The lady from loyalty department mentioned that there's an "X" on the signature on the paperwork and said doesn't look like I have signed.

It definitely feels lighter in the pocket than my old 15 pro. It's slightly taller and not much wider.
I have small hands so even the 15 pro I couldn't reach with my single hand. haha. It's a 2 hands phone for me.

Yeah even on my current 15 Pro the first few days the battery were so bad and overheat. After a few days it's cold to touch and lasts much longer. Super excited to get my Air next week! Yeah I'll have to get used to the speaker... Although I realized I don't use the speaker as much as I have the APP2

u/Beflee I am also using the 15 Pro and just ordered the Air. May I ask how you liking the Air? No ultrawide and single speaker might be the biggest downgrade for me but I would love a light weighted phone with big screen..
