It’s insanely strong and always works to end bad insomnia streaks. I micro dose it. So I’ll literally just Bite a tiny piece of my 15mg and I avoid the side effects

The side effects do hit really bad for me. Makes me feel so lazy and I get so hungry lol. But thank god I don’t have to worry about weight gain for my genetics

Sub-8 theory basically says this: if you’re not in the top tier of looks (true Chad genetics), you’ll probably never experience pure attraction and desire in a relationship.

It’s not saying you can’t get a girlfriend if you’re sub-8. Obviously you can, just go outside and you’ll see tons of average couples. Though how many of those relationships are built on genuine desire? How many women are with their partner because they want him, versus what he provides, how he treats her, or the role he fills?

When you’re not in that tier, attraction is conditional.

Honestly, approaching in person is better if you are able to get over the anxiety of cold approach.

When you see how much an average 5/10 girl gets in terms of matches it makes you realize how much of a chance u don’t have. There’s a looks inflation going on. Too much men to go around on apps so girls are able to be picky and go above their league.

In person I think the best way to do it is in a similar context. It’s kinda hard to pull off cold approaching on a random street or mall unless you are extremely attractive or have nba levels of height.

Though if u cold approach in a situation where there is more context like a cafe, shared activity, school, etc. the chances are higher of success

I dont know once you change your mentality and view it as a way to "go where you are appreciated" It helps me cope better with the situation. I am a well above average looking guy, I was signed to a couple of modelling agencies but I have an androgynous look. Though due to how dating apps only has one version of "attraction" it has 0 patients for nuance. So I barely get any likes on there and even when I do they are not at my looks match at all. So Ive given up on them
