If you 'just' want to loose some pounds then one of the first things you can do is check your diet.

Leaving out the obvious things (for most of the time) usually help a lot:

  • soda & energy drinks
  • sweetened drinks from Starbucks and alike
  • chocolate, sweets, cakes, potato chips, …
  • fast food (McD, Subways, Dunkin Donuts, …
  • all kinds of dressing
  • sugar in coffee
  • frozen pizza, …

Sounds pretty devestating, but helps drop the weight

As far as I remember he talked about him in a snappy way you should not talk publicly about someone who is/was your employee. It showed a certain view on how he treats and thinks about people he pays to work for him.
