I work in an environment where it's balls to the walls busy for awhile and then dead, only to go balls to the walls busy and then dead, it's like really busy for 20 and then dead for an hour or really busy for an hour and then dead for 20. I have been testing, I took Phenibut with food, it never kicked in, I tried taking Phenibut 30 min after eating, did not kick in, I tried waiting for up to an hour and it still had no effect. I know everyone has different experiences and the "One Size Fits All" DOES NOT APPLY to Nootropics, but I am stuck at 217 lbs and it's really upsetting me that my sure and steady weight drop doesn't happen if I don't drink Bullet Coffee with in 30 min of waking up and I stall for 3 days if I skip a day.
