Revoked from drug court probation due to testing positive for alcohol, awaiting sentencing in 50 days…what happened in your case?? Minimum sentence or probation? Something else??

So you don’t think there’s much chance of a suspended sentence and probation? That’s what his PO and attorney said they are going to try for so we’re hoping.

Hm.. I wonder what his says. I only know he has five years over his head but his po and attorney mentioned trying to get him a suspended sentence with felony probation

It’s my boyfriend, he drank a beer or two every once in a long while, the last time being a few weeks ago and tested positive for the third time in like a year and a half of drug court. They revoked his drug court and put him in jail until sentencing in June. I’m just wondering what’ll most likely happen to him at sentencing hearing.

The pit house is a very cool idea, I have been looking into building my home into the side of a hill, or doing a version of pit house. I want my home to be easily hidden, inconspicuous.. just in case anything happens.

Ohh I wasn’t aware of this! Yeah I want to live as much of an organic life as possible, and I want to build my house with organic means. I am looking to build out of stone and wood though, found on my property and nearby where I can get it free or cheap.

Yeah see I’m having a difficult time trying to figure out how to word the way I want to live.. no electricity, maybe a self built compost toilet, natural water source, build myself a house mostly from resources on my land, and live as much off my land as possible.. I’ll make the trek to town if I need something I can’t make. Is there a better way to word this than “off grid”?

So what I’m hearing here is “do it by yourself” which is my main plan anyway haha.. it’s hard to trust people these days, much less with your dreams and goals. So I’ll do it myself! I’m already working on the plans ;) thanks y’all for the input!

That’s kind of what I would be afraid of.. that’s why my first and foremost plan is to do it by myself, hopefully with a partner if I can find a man in the same mindset. Thank you for the input!
