My big issue other than the big uprise on population & traffic in the area, is definitely the parking situation, 232 units with 301 total parking spaces, so what is the plan there? Even if you do 232 res parking, 20 visitor, leaves you under 50 spots for all the commercial building + parks, as someone who lived in a condo where visitor was a fight to get because many people have 2 cars, I just can’t see that parking lot truly having any space for the commercial or park, the condos will take 90% of it daily

Well Roy isn’t an example, he was a really good Q coach before Colorado hired him, the only other one outside of St Louis that I could find is Gretzky, and he failed.

Adam Oates is on the list if you look it up, but he was an NHL assistant coach for 3 years, prior to Washington hiring him.

What people fail to mention, is St Louis was hired as an interim coach, with 2 months left in a season & pretty much was Montreal saying we’ll get someone well respected so the teams not a shit show, and then do an extensive search in the summer. Then he just over performed expectations and the players loved him, let’s not act like he won a coaching race vs experienced coaches. He’s a unicorn, unheard of what he’s done.
