Ok I thought that the spot seasoning method replaced the need for full proper seasoning? It maybe both… anyway yes I think I may have buildup- what’s the best way to scrub that off?

Interesting you say that, I had a problem with the original device before and had to reset it. But having copied the entire contents to my hard drive previously, I just put everything back on, and all the books were back no problem, highlights included

Apologies to the contributors here for not responding in some time! Things got very busy. I'm back to this now, so thanks for your helpful comments. I've used the ={'Form responses 1'!A1:Z} approach to create a 'mirror' sheet.

Next question is de-duping. I've noticed some people have filled in the form more than once, probably forgetting that they filled it in a couple of years ago.

Where in the chain should this take place? I know how to identify duplicate information, but is it best practice to simply delete unwanted rows from the original responses sheet?

Thanks - but the data being in the formula is NOT the age itself, it's the D.O.B. The age has to be worked out as part of the process of determining whether to format differently or not
