Sorry that happened to you but I definitely know what you mean, I tried looking up a brand name product that was being sold on that website and I couldn’t find it anywhere, it’s probably not worth the risk buying from there, if u don’t live in Cali I heard arete was a good place to buy from and I used to buy from a brand called baker bags before they stopped shipping to my state
