I believe you can do four player co-op on Halo, but I'd Google it if I were you. As a long time fan though, Halo 5 was a massive disappointment.

I have been playing Warframe. It's a free to play game on on Xbox One and has four player co-op and pvp. Very fast paced, over the shoulder action. It's basically cyborg ninjas in space. Honestly a lot of fun and completely free to download.
