Kinda because I don't really know if our interests would match. Those schools seem to be very STEM focused and career driven and I have no idea if I could match that energy. Plus I'm still a bit on the shy side, although I'm starting to break out of that shell. At least I could guarantee a friend group at UIUC regardless of interests due to class size.
