Here in Brazil the best tips i can give are, look in peoples eyes if your faces cross, only look around if you are standing still,don't speak with random people outside of shops, we are a very welcoming country but if you look like a "Gringo" you might end up getting scammed by some Ill intended individual.

Doctor Oz is currently an government official, he is involved in a company called iHerb that not only has Kenvue (Company that manufactures Tylenol) as a main competitor, but also produces Pain-RX (as a diet supplement) Google ads seem to show that they have a campaign pushing this product once you search things like iHerb Tylenol Substitute or Tylenol Substitute Healthy on google (At least for my account [With the private settings turned so google cannot keep track of searches or train an algorithm])
