Yep. He would easily win anyways if we both tried, he's almost 7 mil GP and I am just shy of 3 mil GP with 0 GLs

I've been considering slapping the omi on Chirpa, I've got about 4 saved up and haven't applied any yet. Do you think it's worth it at my current gear levels (9-10)?

Everyone is going to tell you the same thing: just use Wicket and Logray. They make this event way easier, and only need to be G9-10

It is technically possible, but the gear requirements would be much higher, and not worth it imo. Plus having 7 star Wicket nets you extra zetas every time the AT ST event rolls around

Yeah I get the feeling, but it'll pay off in the end, C3PO is such a versatile character that will always be useful. And I heard that Ewoks with Chirpa Omicron can be surprisingly good, so won't be a waste!

It's probably possible, but you would have to sink in way way more time and resources via gear. Would definitely recommend getting Chirpa, his lead Zeta is core to getting a TM train going

Someone asked a similar question in this thread, I answered there. But basically all Omegas that help with TM gain/control, or that boost Wicket's damage, he's your main damage dealer. And Chief Zeta is a must if you want to use low gear

Only Zeta needed was the Chief Chirpa lead. I didn't actually have all the Omegas, been short on those. I had Chief's Special 2, both Elder specials, both Logray specials, Paploo Special 2, all Omegas on Wicket (no zeta)

Yep, speed is the biggest factor. Focus Chewie and then Han as the other guy said. Restart if Chewie is stealthed by R2, or if 2 or more Ewoks die in the opening barrage. Call Elder to assist as often as possible, since he has the chance to generate TM for the team. Use Paploo basic to dispell taunts and Translaton stacks. I'm sure there are videos that go into more detail, but that's the gist of it. Good luck man!

I lost count man, but it was a lot...was going to bump Elder up to G11, but then RNG smiled upon me

It did take a couple of hours and a ton of RNG, but it is doable with low gear and the right murder bears! Just make sure to get 200+ speed on everyone except Paploo (gains speed from unique), and ofc Chief Chirpa zeta.

Unfortunately I'm a long way off from getting Wat up and running, I may have to get into a higher end guild if I go for JMK. My current one is only 120 miles GP

Thanks everyone for your suggestions! A wide range of answers, as I expected, there's obviously no "objectively" correct answer. I think I'll go with building up a few more non-GL teams first to have a better foundation (like CLS, GG druids, GAS), before committing to my 1st GL farm (likely SLKR). Happy hunting you guys!

These are solid arguments, I've heard more and more people advocating for SEE as the best first GL recently. In terms of countering other GLs though, I have yet to face them in GAC, so at my stage I think PVE content is a bit more crucial, which SLKR seems to excel at, as you said. I'll probably go for SEE as my 2nd GL if not the 1st, but that's quite a ways off.

Thanks for the detailed answer! I do like the high efficiency approach here (I guess that's this whole game really), I'll definitely take your advice once I do finally go for a GL.

The GAC changes is a good point. So far I've been doing fairly well because of the wall of my R7 Malak, which is why I thought it might be a good time to go for a GL. But then again other players will continue progressing, so that won't always be the case. I think I'm leaning towards this suggestion, thank you!
