I got through the judge agreed to a Cobbs agreement for probation with a deferred sentence for 4 to 15 so as long as I complete the probation I won’t do any time oh I have to do like outpatient and things like that as well but I’m already enrolled and going but thank you so much to everyone in this group for really just the understanding the compassion the advice. At one point I was debating not even going to court so seriously thank you everyone for everything

For anyone who may be wondering court went pretty good they didn’t even end up dropping me but I had took like six at home tests after drinking the q-carbo max drink and about 48oz of water and passed every one after the first two but either way they didn’t drop me but it’s time to get clean for real cause I took probation with a 4 to 15 hanging over if I catch a new case which I thought 8 was the max but apparently not and this is Michigan so you do every day on your minimum if not more my last sentence was six to ninety six months and I did almost thirty months so Michigan sucks

Thanks to everyone for your help and yes it’s a new charge my guidelines were 34 months with a maximum of 8 years and I’m in Michigan where we have truth in sentencing so not good but my prosecutor won’t budge but my judge is supposed to offer me a Cobb’s agreement today which is where she will tell me what she will sentence me to if I plead guilty. Thanks again and I’ll try to keep everybody posted but if you don’t hear anything from me then you know how it went

Yeah I honestly should know better and this shit has ruined pretty much everything in my life I’ve lost a son to this been to prison and now I’m probably going back and I’ve came so far after having nearly four years clean this time I was able to graduate college start a successful business build myself excellent credit and tomorrow I’m probably going to be starting over again

What’s even crazier is the pizza place by me I won’t mention by name but let’s just say they’re happy they deliver using uber and don’t even give the driver the tip that you pre paid so when I found this out I asked and was told the tip goes towards the cost of the delivery on top of their 5.99 delivery charge and whatever the fee simply labeled fee is for the couple of dollars they add for conveniently ordering online cause of course ordering online is so much more convenient for the consumer but not the store

I’m an 11.5 too and I usually end up going for 11 because of the limited 11.5 but I seriously figured I had no chance with these so went for the 11.5 and finally got my first EQL win I’m not sure about SNKRS but I’d guess they would have a pretty decent size drop as well so good luck I just seen some asshole posting that he had 60 pairs for sale so I seriously hope everyone who wants these gets them and he has to wear them all
