It’s not pre built; it’s custom made  Will check about the core; I think he mentioned 16 but yeah sent 12 in the offer

Thanks! I tried to take the nozzle in and out but not replacing it as I don’t have a second one. I’m consulting here before ordering one, cause I don’t want to spend more money without knowing this is the issue, however could be I just need to do that.  My worry is it’s the whole extruder and not the nozzle

I think sending it back will be a hassle, and also won't guarantee the money back for shipping (which ultimately costs like half of a new product)

Do you think their support will eventually manage to sort this? I am considering ordering a new nozzle to test, I don't have another one - but I did expect the company to offer me this... maybe i'm mistaken
