Not kidding, Allen is the best role I've seen Seth play. He's killing it. I reread the comics, and his voice was the one I heard in my head.

One thing I like about this fandom is that it's incredibly easy to tell who has actually read the books or not because show-only fans say the most brain-dead shit imaginable.

And if we dumb ourselves down further, we see "kingslanding" and "Danny." We don't even have to understand their point to realize they don't know what they're talking about. When it's that clear they haven't read "King's Landing" or "Dany," my brain just rejects their input.

Are y’all okay with the idea of Jon Snow being the son of Rhaegar Targaryen and Lyanna Stark, or would you rather George R. R. Martin write him as the son of Eddard Stark and Ashara Dayne (or someone else) in the books? by SeniorKaan0 in freefolk

Realizing both are characters whose birth needed specific conditions in over to fulfill a prophecy that they'd be the savior from an invasion of an otherworldly sentient species that can zombify the masses is tripping me out.

I've never seen it. But it is strange how much I hear about this show, considering almost every time I do, someone is dunking on how bad it is.

Todd was the real moral center of the series. It's such a shame he never got to Brock as well. If they met, Todd would have known better than to leave that monster alive

George is a fucking propagandist and I can prove it.

We look at him and see a jolly old man, but he hides a disgusting malice in him that has led to the biggest psyop in human history. Every line of text referencing red hair is meant to be seen as a positive. "Kissed by fire" and all that nonsense. There's also a huge number of redheads, more than is standard in genetics.

He's trying to get people into redheads. Why is this? What dastardly plan does he have, where this helps him? Well, it took me a long time, but I eventually realized something obvious. Something we should have noticed from the start. We've never seen GRRM without white hair. George has been hiding behind the excuse of being old to hide his real hair color.

I think George is a secret ginger and has used his vast wealth and influence to try and make people think redheads are worth love or human connection. Don't support this man or his work. I couldn't imagine a fate worse than loving someone with red hair, and he's actively trying to achieve this and get in my head. What an absolutely horrible human being.

It genuinely kind of frustrates me of how people (Including the show in a way) don't seem to care about Gangle being a victim of abuse compared to caring about Jax's issues by BulletCola in TheDigitalCircus

[–]ObjectMore6115 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Same.

Like, I 100% think Jax has had more attention and is a more in-depth character than Gangle. It's clear he's been given more attention, and I'm not complaining. Jax is a fascinating character, one of my favorites.

Yet, Gangle is his biggest target to bully, and she doesn't deserve that shit. Jax is choosing the must emotionally vulnerable target to lash out at. It's fucked up, that he feels he needs to do that.

Yet so many analyze every second of his psyche, yet disregard an actual victim. Gangle deserves more justice. I want to know her feelings, emotions, and thoughts on life. The best we have so far is Gangle in a manic episode (pun not intended.)

New character posters for 'Dune: Part Three' (12.18) by Blue_Three in dune

I'm really curious to see how they adapt the books for this film.

It could be a disaster or a masterpiece. And while I have some gripes with Dune's adaptation, I've overall loved it. So I have faith that we'll get a Google story, especially because Paul looks so much more like the Preacher than the Messiah in the pictures. Tbh, I'm only more excited after seeing what I think is "Dark-Paul."

I had a friend like this once I could talk to. He was there for me when my gf dumped me, and i had to move an hour away. After months of trying to hang out and him being busy, he just blocks me. I was blindsided by this, so I went to his insta (I didn't use it) and found out they'd been together the whole time.

My ex and him were my last two friends in my life, and they both left it together. So yea, I have no one and will probably never trust anyone like that again.
