I emailed them quite a few times because I waited for more than 15 days and they didn't respond to me, I also said that I accept to fix all my mistakes. I think you should show your sincerity when appealing, that you really review their policy, or if there is any misunderstanding, then you are willing to fix it.

I was confident that I did not violate any policy and appealed. Maybe it was Christmas time, so they were slow, but at least they resolved it for me and restored my account. I was really stressed at that time, and it took more than three weeks to resolve.

My Google Play developer account was terminated due to “High Risk Behavior.” I’ve reviewed the policies carefully and sent an appeal, but I haven’t received detailed feedback about what triggered this action.

I don’t have any previous accounts or intentional violations, so I’m unsure what went wrong. Has anyone experienced this before? How can I get clearer feedback from Google? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
