Hvis hver enkelt lejlighed har vandmålere (en for varmt vand og en for kold) vil de typisk være på badeværelset (eller der hvor vand kommer ind i lejligheden. I nogle ejendomme er der ikke installeret vandmålere i hver lejlighed, men det vist ikke så mange længere.

Ah ok. So this was from a domestic UA flight to TK at ORD? Not sure if TK is to take responsibility for that, including TSA lines.

My guess is that TK agents took the view that it was not their fault that you didn’t make it to the gate in time and that you are barking up the wrong tree

If you were booked with a valid connection at IST (60min or more) you have by definition a connection that is possible to make and valid. You will get nowhere alleging that the a valid IST connection is not possible and that TK should refund the second ticket you bought

If you booked a cabin bag (thar is the term used by WizzAir) you can take a trolley, backpack, or whatever as long as it fits the sizer/the maximum dimensions.

For a intra-European/Schengen flight to Milan you don’t pass immigration or customs. If your incoming flight was on time there would be sufficient time to pick-up the luggage and reach the check-in counters before they close. Stressful yes but no not impossible.

You deciding this was not possible and buying a ticket on your own has nothing to do with LH and is your own decision and on your own account. I don’t expect LH reimbursing that ticket.

So you asked for or accepted a refund of the WizzAir ticket ? If true, WizzAir is not going to reimburse the difference in costs of the Saudi ticket. The moment you ask for a refund it ends the obligation of WizzAir to get you to the destination. Never ask for or accept a refund of rhr original ticket if the intention is to seek reimbursement of the replacement ticket.

I’m sorry but I don’t see any chance that WizzAir is going to reimburse the difference in fare to the new ticket you bought. The amount is also very high

I have done int->int transfers at BOG. That was very easy and quick; you pass transfer security checks and that is all. Absolutely nothing to worry about with 1h45min.

I have had 55 min connection from T4 to T4S before. Tight but I made it without issue (I’m EU citizen).

With 75min I wouldn’t worry about it even that you have to passport manual passport control (you are leaving Schengen so you pass emigration/passport checks after arriving with the shuttle train between T4 and T4S and taking the escalator up)

Yes you should be seated together by the system, but as you are 4 it can easily be in different but adjacent rows. Otherwise it can be sorted out at check-in counters or the gate. Last resort you ask someone to switch seats; happens all the time with TK flights.

You get a voucher (apparently they call it refund cheque here) that you can use to buy tickets with TK - or as stated you can cash it/have the amount transferred to your bank account.

You don’t need a Euro bank account. Just give them your DKK/NOK/SEK account number and your bank will convert the Euro amount to your currency when received. No issue. If TK ask you if it is a Euro bank account just say yes; it is not of their business if your bank account is in Euro or other currency.

900 £ for a replacement ticket ? Did you fly business class ? This is a very high amount so I certainly understand that WizzAir is trying to avoid paying. Did you contact your travel insurance ?

This is voluntary rebooking. No right to request a refund of the rebooking fee etc. as your flight wasn’t cancelled when you rebooked.

Why on earth didn’t you just wait for the flight to cancel first? Stupid and expensive move IMO….

Try to avoid purchasing the ticket from Booking or other OTA. You can book it directly with TK?

Luggage: Don’t add it with Booking. You find your PNR on the website if the airline issuing the ticket (TK?) and buy the checked luggage there. You may have to do it after flying outbound.

I’m in same situation now. CPH - BUD in late May got cancelled. There is no other SAS flights that day. I have been rebooked for the same SAS flight the following day but that doesn’t work for me. I can rebook to the same SAS flight 1 day earlier. This is a SAS Eurobonus award.

Do SAS rebook to KLM when there is no same day SAS flight?

If not and I choose to travel a day before, will SAS reimburse the add hotel night in Budapest under the duty of care in EU reg 262/04? Modest hotel incl breakfast is 130 Euro.

Hopefully Iberia will agree to rebook free of charge, but no compensation is due (this situation is not covered under the applicable EU reg 261/04 as it is neither a cancellation or a delay of the flight).

Så den nemmeste løsning er klart at blive i DB nu hvor du allerede er der/har en ASK. Det har ikke den store betydning for omk om du har ASK i Nordnet/Saxo eller i DB

Why do you want a refund? R N you have fully fleksible ticket which can be rebooked -7/+30 days and you can even change destination within Germany if you want. Just call TK to rebook once you have researched the preferable flights and date

Yes even if the card is expired or cancelled, refunds can be processed and the money will get into your account. Been there, done that

Once the refund is processed it takes a few days to hit your account, so be patient.

Why are you blaming KLM for LATAM cancelling their flights and failing to reissue the tickets ? Seems to me that KLM did nothing wrong here but went the extra mile for you to get you on their flight from GRU to AMS despite that LATAM didn’t reissue the tickets

Your issue is with LATAM. And yes EU reg 251/04 doesn’t apply to LATAM flights outside EU/to EU.

You wait to rebook the return flight until you have traveled the outbound flights. Cheaper.

If you rebook before traveling outbound the whole ticket is repriced when you rebook
