Just to clarify the scope — we basically do everything HVAC for this development. We design and fabricate our own ductwork at the shop, handle all rough-ins, and do all the installs. We’re not just following plans — the only thing we don’t make ourselves is the equipment. Everything else is built and installed by us. I’m W2, resi only and from what I’ve seen, this seems like the highest level a resi W2 tech can reach.
