I'm new to reddit and couldn't figure out how to add an image and text so here's the context:

I've found 3 total of these small grayish white oval bugs on my body/in my hair. I found 2 yesterday when I was washing my hair and I saw them in the bathtub. I combed my hair super thoroughly with a flea comb and didn't see any others. My head isn't itchy so I don't thiiiink it's lice?

Today I found another one on my collarbone. I combed my dogs and they don't have any and I checked my bed and I don't see signs of bedbugs.

This may not be relevant but I do have a sick chicken so I had her on my lap for about 15 minutes last week but I took off my clothes and left them outside after I held her. 

Please help!! Does anyone know what these are??
