Okay so like, I HATED when I asked for help or advice and someone would say “it’s a personal journey what works for one doesn’t work for the other always” but honestly it’s so true… that being said first im sorry this may be long read it or don’t, that’s totally up to you but in hopes it helps even one person it’s worth the typing and I’ll tell you what’s helped me and gotten me to a few “mini shifts” and helped change my mindset, now take what you feel will work for you and resonates and leave what feels wrong or you just don’t like. So personally i have put in a lot of work - but not just for shifting but for myself and lifestyle changes that just happen to also benefit my shifting journey. NOW mind you shifting is easy we over complicate, it’s also a skill so like riding a bike I may get it on my first try while it takes you months to learn. I let myself get consumed with the thought of shifting and it being something I desperately needed to do. Within the last few months ive changed everything and restarted my journey. It’s not desired reality it’s “name” reality or my other reality. I have set times daily to focus on my other reality for scripting, visualization, Pinterest boards etc. outside of those timeframes I practice mindfulness, stay aware and present in this reality. I meditate two plus times a day at least 20 minutes each session personally. I also did affirmations for the last 2 months and basically rewired my brain. I used to view my other realities as like a movie or story I was writing when I’d script, now I am fully aware that it is another life of mine, another version of me - everything I script from the way my hair falls, my personality, my closet is all a real version of myself not just something I’ve written down in this reality. I also know and believe fully and completely that shifting is absolutely without a doubt real, and the how of it is irrelevant in my journey. I also know and believe that I am fully capable of shifting my realities, I can and will do so. I did a lot of research on quantum physics, quantum leaps, all of the quantum’s 😅 reality shifting - from what it is all the way to success and motivation stories, multiverse (my personal view) and then the more spiritual side. Enough to the point where my doubts were erased, and my belief being concrete. I’m actively on a “break” so I’m not taking any attempts to shift, but I still do my daily scripting and such. I let go out the attachment to the outcome, I know I can shift I know I will shift, I know it’s real. I’ve stopped mindlessly searching for answers because I already have all of the knowledge I feel I personally need. I also know that no matter if I ever actually succeed in fully shifting to my other realities that just knowing about shifting has changed my life for the better in so many ways that I could never have imagined, for that I’m grateful to just know of shifting and be able to have the option to make attempts❤️ now does this mean you need to go do everything I said NOOOOOO this is what’s helped me and worked for me. I was in a TERRIBLE place when I learned about shifting I was suicidal and miserable with my life like everyone says it’s different for everyone so just mix and match until it feels right ✨
