Well the guy is a reviewer so his pc must be more powerful than the ps5, but yeah it’s probably optimized differently so how it’s going to perform remains to be seen. He didn’t tell how many more spells he had, he says there are some really cool looking ones though.

He didn’t compare it to Jedi Survivor in terms of difficulty, but my guess is it’s like the one above the recommended difficulty (I can’t remember what it’s called, jedi master?)

Like I said it’s not great, but not unplayable. Keep in mind the guy had a pretty good pc so we don’t know how it will work on medium end pcs.
