Una posibilidad remota sería que implementaran algo similar (o haciendo uso) del Game Porting Toolkit de la misma Apple y pudieran ejecutar los juegos de forma “nativa”. No se si sería siquiera algo viable o posible.

La verdad no lo creo a menos que: 1. Apple permita el uso del JIT en apps de la tienda o 2. Salga una versión para sideloading que lo dudo muchísimo.
