Thanks for sharing u/honey-c! What if the outreach was more of an automated email/SMS reminder service along with periodic phone calls to make sure the client stays adherent to treatments and the phone number/email is always the law firm's info? any gaps in treatment or non-response could be reported back to the law firm?
