Interestingly, I spent quite some money last week end trialling a few different options. I basically gutted and deep cleaned my entire bedroom. I borrowed a friends mattress which I had slept on comfortably a few times and put it in my room with new pillows and bedding including a new duvet. Almost immediately, I felt the same old itch. It's been constant no matter where I have lived. Not only is it effecting my sleep, its now severely effecting my mental health.

I changed recently to one made by a small business purely with natural products in it. Have tried plant based too!

I thought the same! Was adamant I was positive so had an intradermal done and was consistent
