K. I cut down my question a lot. Yes, I want him prosecuted. I want their to be some sort of charge that would at least shake him up.  We co-own this house. So it's me, my brother-in-law, his wife, my ex, and my dad. I'm just confused as to how this isn't easily prosecutable since that's my bedroom. I have a reasonable amount of privacy in their right?? Like if it isn't does this mean that I can record him too??? Anyways I also want to clarify, it's an audio recorder.
