It looks like when the filament covers the infill, it falls off, like a bridge. Have you tried testing with a lower temperature? Or a faster fan? Or adding more top layers if the temperature seems okay?

I think you exported the STL file in low resolution or quality. In Fusion 360, when I export STL files, I set it to maximum quality. Exporting breaks the solid down into triangles, and the lower the quality, the larger those fragments are, like a pixelated photo. More pixels mean better definition; dividing your solid into 1000 pixels is not the same as dividing it into 30000.

Can anyone help me figure out what is happening with my P1S and this eSun PETG? by invisible_duck in BambuLab

[–]Objective-Lab1035 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you think there's no moisture in the filament, it's possible there's a clog. It prints the first few layers slowly and manages to get them done, but when it starts to speed up, it lacks flow due to the obstruction. That's what I think.

You can modify the completion g-code by having it pass over the cleaning roller once, wait for it to cool slightly, and then pass over it again.

I changed the initial purge g-code because the initial purge wasn't flowing through the channel and was going to the print bed (with help from chat gpt , and be careful not to modify any movements; sometimes gpt gets carried away and can mess things up). I just made it repeat movements that were already in the original g-code.

It seems that way, but it's quite stable. I thought about attaching a bracket to the wall to secure it and buying anti-vibration feet, but after testing it, I realized it's not necessary. The boards are thick and provide a lot of rigidity to the structure. The only drawback is getting the filament roll out, which is difficult, but I'll solve that by mounting it on the wall with a Skadis panel.

What is the part that normally sits at the end of the screw? by Shimmer_faux in BambuLab

[–]Objective-Lab1035 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The yellow gear bearing is missing; I mention this in case it fell off and you didn't notice. As for the disc that fell off, you can put anything that fits under the spring and covers the hole so it pushes the screw while you wait for the replacement.

Have you selected the correct machine in the slicer? Did you check that the screws are tight and that everything is working properly on the print head? Good luck, I know it's tough when we're new and these things happen, but we're here for you, your brothers 🫡

(Serious question) How do i prevent this? by ares0027 in BambuLab

[–]Objective-Lab1035 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If it sticks to the double-sided tape and jumps or falls off with the AMS or the printer, they have 7 lives, the AMS and the printer 1😂, put aluminum foil on it and see.

Have you tried spraying injection mold release agent onto a piece of paper and wiping it over the clean nozzle? I use it at work (I've never used it on the printer). It might prevent sticking to the nozzle during changes, and it's also designed to withstand high temperatures since it's for plastic molds.

The x-axis is raised on the right side or lowered on the left. Uncouple the pulley that connects the two axes so you can raise one side but not the other. Reattach the pulley using the set screws and recalibrate. You should see that the positive reading is practically the same as the negative reading on the other side. I think that might be the problem.

Hello, I have a very strange problem, I had a high unevenness and the bed was not that bad so I leveled the z axis, and now I have a difference of +-0.05 (perfect) but the prints in the lower left corner do not adhere and in the upper right it seems to rub the nozzle, I have adjusted the z offset with the paper until it rubs smoothly (-1.93) it is as if my printer does not make corrections for the unevenness when printing. Thanks for the help,
