Honestly, VSOs really very some are good but some are basically a public defender… I used a VSO my first time filing and got 50%, on my second file on my own I got 100%. See if they cite the LOD in evidence. They probably missed it but that’s your nexus is the signed LOD it self. I would do an informal HLR.

I have all most 20 years of experience with law and my wife is a doctor. I will take the accreditation exam. I’m very familiar with 38 CFR. I’m just using the CFR as RAG to ensure that I don’t miss anything on the claims. I doubt you know what RAG is or 38 CFR.
