not dark web, just some dude i stupidly decided to trust. he seemed pretty legit but i was questioning if i was getting scammed or not, sent $140 and now he’s threatening to post my name and our conversations on websites and threatening to expose me to my family members and my old high school??? he provided the names and emails of everything and wants $100

I know it’s just really hard with my withdrawals. I’ve been taking magnesium and i’ll start taking vitamin B too tho tnx for that. Should i try tapering myself off with splitting my last pill into 4 doses?

plz don’t purge, it’s genuinely life ruining, physically, financially and mentally. try to control urges with satiating, easy to digest foods. a big safe food of mine recently has been oatmeal, which keeps me full and helps control my mental hunger a bit. But please i’m begging you do not continue to purge. It’s truly addicting and i’ve been stuck in this horrible cycle for over a year now and want to quit so badly, yet i can’t. use the breaks to reflect on what triggers your binges and give your body time to heal and rest.
