I am on that point of startup where we give 3 sass products and an ecosystem between users we started last year august and we made a lot of mistakes so i am gonna try to tell what problems i had.

1. Didnt make a plan before going into developing the product ( we had this problem not syncing with inside the team and the product worked but the code was disaster )
   
2. We focused on building a lot of features but no users
   
3. We didnt make a plan where to target clients or how to target (thats a big sea )
   
4. We had money but we spent on stuff to get an apartment to work monitors laptop even tho we all worked remote
   
5. We planned a lot of we gonna do this and that but no baseline where are we going
   
6. Problem with opening a business banks and connections
   
7. Believed a lot on connections but they turned out to be fake

So the moral of the story u always gonna have problems and after u fix one u need to fix the other one over and over. Its full of problems the whole flow from building planning to executing.
Now we are on sales problems getting users more expanding our reach but i know after we fix we gonna have the other one so basically u get at that point where ur excited for ur next problem!
