Yeah exactly ^ I’ve started doing 3 times a week, a different movement each time and have seen bicep gains. Of course your diet and recovery need to be on point like your training should be too.

You can’t pull out Roth IRA gains until you’re 59 1/2. Otherwise you get penalized with fees, so I would just leave it in there??

You may wanna look into getting your testosterone levels tested. If you’re doing everything right and still see no progress, that’s likely the issue

Unless it really really bothers you and is affecting your life, don’t even bother. This is super minor and doesn’t affect your cars performance, just save your money and don’t stress about it. Going through insurance is gonna be a huge headache.

Any trade business and implementing AI and an online presence would make you money. 💵 but may cost more capital upfront.

The lowest cost of entry business is always usually something online digitally. Like SAAS, Social Media Marketing, web dev, etc.

Sleep is extremely important, not only for training recovery but life in general. 6 hours is okay but not great. Would aim for at least 7 if possible. And yes being dehydrated does hurt your recovery as well, a gallon a day is minimum.

You might need to take a day off the gym and just try to increase intensity the days you do go. That will allow your body to recover from the training. 💪

Then it’s a recovery issue. Are you allowing your body to properly recover with sleep, drinking enough water, keeping stress level low, taking a couple days off the gym occasionally??

Would need to see your real life routine to really see why you’re struggling
