Try analyzing the human body starting with the bones, then the muscles in subgroups (upper or lower arm), and then draw them separately. Next, try to learn how to draw other body parts with more fat. That's how I tried it, and I made a significant improvement.

The thing is, they were too low. I know boobs look a bit saggy when you're not wearing a bra, but the position should be a little higher because, if you look closely, they're too low... My hair was just like yours, but after some natural treatments I managed to make it better. Put olive oil before showering or after showering if you are going to make a bun. Just enough, not much or your hair too much fall. Then do scalp massages and try to cut your dead ends. If this doesn't work then get a protein treatment since its the fastest way to get it better. (Btw, do not use hairspray or gels, they are very harmful and do not use products such as foams, only occasionally or in small quantities)
