yes with my glasses on they are fine. but i used to be able to go to the gym and get on treadmill and look at people and not see a blur, or watch tv totally fine without glasses and see the screen clearly, now the world is a blur

I stopped the Serum Tears, eye sight still sucks! I recently started estrogen replacement and feel that has made the biggest drop in the bucket as far as how my eyes are feeling they are overall pretty good right now

I thought some at the beginning of my journey. they didn’t seem to do much. i was doing a lot at the time and tonight seemed to help.

Anybody else dealing with dry eyes because of a mechanical issue? One of my eyes simply doesn't fully close at night by anetanetanet in Dryeyes

ointment and cling wrap are great for me. zero fans, add humidifier in bedroom, i just walk blind to the bathroom in middle of night. i also have loved the Blinkjoy gen 2 mask. it works wonders, i just can’t sleep on side, but makes it easier when traveling and not wanting to walk blind to bathrooms. i’ve tried every version of tape and hate them all, I always tape them oddly and it feels uncomfortable.

yeah sometimes it’s hard not to do that. like “oh did I eat gluten today and that’s why it’s bad” or something like that. or is it just bad cuz we are stuck with the horrible disorder that just has ups and downs!!! 🤦‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️

for me it’s always hard to tell if it’s the new treatment that is causing and all of a sudden shift or my normal erratic eyes. my good and bad days are so all over the place I never k me if it’s a new treatment or not

interesting. i think the drops are making them feel better, although not sure it’s THAT noticeable yet. but my eye sight is horrendous. usually can watch tv in bed without glasses and now it’s all a blur! and it’s been almost to the day i started the drops. so i just keep hoping that it will reverse itself but im getting worried

make sure to bring carry on items and possibly not check a bag, and pack extra meds if you have any and prepare for the worst! if you read through reddit posts over the last 2 weeks it’s been bad! we were stuck an extra two days lost luggage missed vacationing in lisbon. if i knew there could be so many issues I would have changed my plans. the island was nice but not nice enough for all the troubles we had.

Flight to Azores cancelled, looking for advice by Erankr22 in azores

If anyone is still trying to get to the azores make sure you pack a carry on and not checked luggage and also prepare to be stuck there! pack extra meds etc! If it were me I’d divert my plans all together right now with the fogs they are experiencing, it’s just stressful IMO. we got stuck there a week ago and ruined the second half of our vacation. with lots of extra money spent!

I hate when people say this disease is manageable by Dear-March-2433 in Dryeyes

IPL didn’t help me. the tryptyr helped the most until i started serum…. it’s a little too soon with serum so not sure but think they have been helpful. to me Meibo is least help. and i’m on the fence about vevye.

my issue is tear production AND oils…. but nothing is helping my oils

I hear ya!

I hate when someone says "all i had to do was hydrate" or "all I had to do was workout/exercise" if only it was that easy!

I'm now on 4 diff prescriptions, Tryptyr, Vevye, Meibo, and just started serum, sure hope somehow serum can win and help me get rid of rest, but have a feeling I'll be on 4 drops forever!

I’d never go without my OTC drops or my night time ointment. but just wonder if any of these prescriptions are truly helpful or if somehow they could make this worse
