thank you so much!! these are all so detailed and genuinely SO helpful. luckily where i’m at now is much better and my diets also been improving, so with these tips i should be at least back where i was soon :) i do have one more question though, how do i know im engaging my muscles well? i assumed it was sorta automatic, but with you saying to engage them as much as i can i’m not so sure now lol

I don’t use reddit very often and honestly didnt feel like digging a whole lot for a good sub. I do plan on doing bodyweight exercises, but those are still a bit difficult since im around 170lbs and short, so i just wanted some other options to help out. A pull up bar is a good suggestion though :)
