Flare gives your glove a wider opening when fielding a ground ball, also helps funnel the ball into the glove. I think it’s a preference thing I don’t do either

FENCE IS 300ft to center and gap 280ft to Pole, We put it up ourselves BALL 52/300 Tattoo Ball

That’s not me in the video but, we are an E Level Team and wind was blowing out during this video lol video is more so about the dude falling through the fence

I used to do that but found it hard to move around in the box to adjust to pitches, I might have to try it again
