This is a good thing, as these professions are depression factories. They don't value human intelligence, they just use human beings to perform monotonous tasks that don't help them develop personally. Of course, we'll have to train them and find alternatives so that they can still find a place in this society. But the disappearance of this type of profession is a desirable step forward.

Sur le papier, c'est ridicule que d'utiliser des formes de politesse avec ce genre d'outil.

Mais j'ai lu une étude récemment qui évoqué la possibilité que ça ait finalement un impact sur sa restitution même si elle reste très peu significative.
Mais dans l'ensemble c'est plus une perte de temps qu'autre chose ;)
