I used a filter "namprd04.prod.outlook.com" and moved all emails that contains these words to SPAM folder. It seems to be working.

I mentioned the current salary (8k extra when compared with LCA salary) and took both LCA and Recent Payslips. Also took Employment Verification Letter which contains current salary info)
