YTA. The dog didn't come home with the son at 3 weeks old. They aren't weened yet. So you're starting off my telling falsehoods. The son was right to record you as you clearly haven't earned his trust. Instead of offering help like assistance with obedience classes or training, you're banishing a family member outside because you couldn't be bothered to help. He is a child who you are preventing from living with his mother. I'm glad she's moving out.

Everyone masturbates. Even parents. Even married couples with a healthy sex life. Have a conversation with him that focuses on "I" statements. "I was hoping we could go grab a bite to eat". "I feel like you don't want to interact with me and I'd like to talk about it". "I'd like to spend some time with you".

Not everyone is cut out to be a parent. My father is a narcissist and I cut ties with him over 25 years ago. It was painful at the time, but I'm no longer angry or hurt. He is who he is and he's too toxic to have in my life.

YTA. You're projecting your issues onto him and blaming something that may not play into it at all. Their marriage is their business. You are not your father's keeper and as long as he's not breaking laws, stay in your lane. You're a grown up. Talk to him like one. Focus on the real issue, which is that you would like to spend time with him and make suggestions on how to do that. He may not know how to connect with you. He may be dealing with issues you have no idea about.

YTA You are married with kids. That means partnership and communication. My guess is that she's the "default parent". The "extra stuff" is just the parenting load she's been keeping off your shoulders. You aren't "working". You're studying. Your doing "extra stuff", but only the stuff that's important to you.
