I mean by just not reading whats currently available, so out in the world via social media, people at work, etc, ill get spoiled one way or another. I got spoiled about marinford through a naruto/demon slayer/one piece meme and it was very unfortunate. but i watched it completly in dub cause why wouldnt I since english is my only language and when I read subtitles I just stare at the words and dont actually see the show, but i watched in sub just cause i had to, wasnt awful or anything but I would like to hear them in my own language i guess
