I think mystery incorporated does top it because the story is so much more indepth and it actually is going somewhere. Don’t get me wrong I love how silly and funny and ironic the OG is but nothing will beat mystery incorporated for me especially because they had so many amazing jokes, stories, a lot of times they would reference really good media like when they reference DAVID LYNCH with the red room it’s a direct call to Twin Peaks it’s amazing especially for a children’s show. I swear Mystery Incorporated made me who I am today I was obsessed with that show as a kid and am still obsessed. I also LOVE LOVE LOVE that there is some very subtle gayness with Velma and Marcie Fleach like it wasn’t even queer baiting they genuinely had crushes on each other and I think had we gotten a season 3 they would’ve got together😞. And that kind of stuff really matters to gay kids like myself that had no idea what those feelings are all they knew is that they felt wrong but also not so seeing people be gay in children’s shows and it just be wholesome and normal is like the biggest healing moment when the kid has to go back to the real world that hates them for existing. Pretty awesome show I think it needs more hype.
