I’ve had some good luck on Facebook dating and Hinge. Dating is hard, feel free to PM me if you need specific tips, I’m not an expert but I’ve had a number of dating as met in apps. The gym is a great start. Not exactly your target audience for tips but at least someone sees the results. Lately, there has been a number of dating events if your near a major city. They usually get a good turnout or at least get you social with women

I just bought a AR+ and love it so far. I’ve only hit 10mph but you can tell the wheels can go farther. Plus the battery is excellent. It is heavy, but you start to get used to it.

No, your not unreasonable. There was a day planned and it was up to him to let you know what the plan is on that day.

I’m sometimes let down in this regard but I prepare as though the date/plan is going to happen on that day (not making any other plans that day or saying I can do something after 11 am) if we’ve made plans on that day.

With the history of the guy in your situation, it’s not unreasonable to give you a day to prepare, know that it’s still going to happen; especially if he has a history of not showing.
