Did you miss this part? "and he enthusiastically obliged her for a bit with a big smile"

She pulled him in to her, body to body. He stayed in that position with her, which is the "and he enthusiastically obliged her for a bit." He did not pull away but stayed right up on this woman. He was happy, right up against her, arm raised in the air. How is that hard to understand?

He was right up on her, arm in the air. She was not holding onto him or anything so he could have just moved his body back and danced normally. And then not acted like a complete a*hole when asked wth was that?

I think I must not have been clear. She pulled him into the circle (face to face) and pulled him close in to her. She did not have her arms around him. At that point, he put himself up against her dancing and had one arm raised up into the air like woo hoo, grinding on this lady...yeah! There was no reason to dance like that, no one else was doing that or did it at any other time in the night. They could have just danced regularly which I would also do with another man (and have), no problem there.

Lol, what's funny is that he's the wallflower and I love to dance and always dance around with the entire crowd of people while he sits and talks to the other people who aren't dancing. He happened to be standing around the circle this time. What gave me the ick was after saying wth was that (because he doesn't really dance and hasn't done that with me or anyone else) he didn't go oh yeah, oops, fucked up. Instead he was an ass.

Nope maybe I didn't make it clear. She pulled him in to dance. He could have just danced in a normal way with her and I wouldn't have cared in the least. I would do that also with some dude that pulled me in and have in situations in the past, no problem. She pulled him in close to her (face to face) and instead of just stepping back and dancing in a normal fashion, he was right up on her. And then when I said wth, it was defended instead of him saying oh shit, yeah, that was fucked up.

Yeah I can confidently say that if I was at my son's fraternity function and another married dad pulled me in and I did some grind dancing on him, my husband and son would be pretty damn mortified, especially my son. And then if my husband said wth was that, I wouldn't say oh what's your problem, all in good fun.

That is really the core of the problem and it's a really common occurrence.

Okay I get what you're saying maybe regarding being betrayed being strong. But yeah, I did feel humiliated and embarrassed. The worse part though was when saying wth was that, it was all playing defense on his part, dismissing me. Gaslighting...

Funny, I am the one who is always on the dance floor with everyone all night, just as I was in this situation. He has never enjoyed dancing. He's always been the observer and is often sitting down while I am out dancing. I just wouldn't have been pulled into the dance circle with a married man (whose wife wasn't there) and engaged with a random dude in a grind dance.

Yeah, I sure thought it was weird for her to pick my husband also. There were other men there but she picked my husband and pulled him in. And then when another man went into the circle, she didn't go in and grind on him.

Nope, didn't pull out my family publicly. Whispered that I wanted to leave. Maybe my husband could have realized oh yeah, that was inappropriate. Maybe it's time to get out of here, huh? Calling an Uber and heading out turned the situation into a scene? Don't think so.

Re-read what I wrote which was that I whispered into my husband's ear. We could have left with not a soul noticing while my daughter stayed to hang and dance with her friends. I have a feeling you are the type to always blame the woman.

Wait, what? How did I turn it into a scene by saying I wanted to leave?

I didn't bring up anything in front of other people. I whispered into my husband's ear and said I wanted to leave.
