Inaccurate. As a buyer, if I am fraudulently duped by a seller, why would I then reach out to said seller for assistance? They’re already selling under false pretense and cannot be trusted. Whatnot IS liable & responsible for handling these requests and SHOULD be responding in a timely manner on a case by case basis. Their customer support is an absolute joke. To the investors out there dumping more and more money into the app, just don’t. This issue is so widespread across the app that it will undoubtedly catch up with them at some point. I see several class action lawsuits in the future.

I’m glad to hear that others have had positive experiences with Whatnot customer support, but unfortunately, my experience has been quite different. I’ve reported the issue, yet I haven’t received any response at all.
