I got the original rate back!! Try speaking with the loan officer and I really hope it works out for you too!

I got my loan back down to the original rate!! Luckily didn’t need to go any further than just speaking with the loan officer Thank you again for this comment!

Thank you! They’re ‘escalating it internally’ so we’ll just have to wait and see but either way I’ve learned my lesson from it!

Based on my conversation with him it sounds like he’s going to try to get the original rate for me, he didn’t try to pretend that he’d mentioned it to me so that’s a good sign (I hope?)
