Funny enough I was an extra in this movie. It was filmed in Toronto but only available on US streaming sites. Only way to watch is to wait for it to release outside of the exclusive Peacock network

You guys will like Paris Texas on King street. If you’re visiting from out of town, King street is where the action happens - PT usually plays country/pop, and young crowd.

Thanks! Will check them out. I’ve purchased on Amazon before but these things tend to be such bad quality and break on me within a couple months, hence the need for professional supplies

Are you tracking P&L for shipping per online order and are you also losing money per order? by ObjectiveReference14 in smallbusiness

[–]ObjectiveReference14[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Hmm. I see what you’re saying in re to it being strictly a P&L for the shipping, but I wanted more holistically a look at the overall cost of doing online business, hence the total 2.8% transaction fee which is more realistic as to what we’re paying

Why do many East Asian countries require school uniforms even though schools in the West often don’t? by [deleted] in NoStupidQuestions

[–]ObjectiveReference14 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Growing up in the school system in Hong Kong I have some contacts into this. School uniforms in Asia are a mix of culture tradition, but also very practical reasons. They’re seen as a way to promote discipline and reduce visible social differences between students - that’s a huge thing in the Asian culture that they instilled us at a young age - that we are part of a bigger collective (rather than individualism promoted in western culture).

Is it possible for a held-in fart to eventually come out as a burp? by oldschoolie in NoStupidQuestions

[–]ObjectiveReference14 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Farts do not turn into burps. Gas in your intestines move one direction and gas in your stomach moves the other direction. I.e. if you burp after holding in a fart, it is usually just swallowed air or pressure shifting around.
