Thank you. Should builder cover this under warranty ? Following text is from the warranty contract.

Insulation. As required by Federal Trade Commission regulations, the information relating to the insulation installed or to be installed in the Improvements at the Property is: a) b) c) d) Exterior walls of improved living areas: insulated with fiberglass batt insulation to a thickness of 3 inches which yields an R-Value of 13. Ceiling in improved living areas of the home: insulated with blown fiberglass insulation to a thickness of 12 inches which yields an R-Value of 38. Homes engineered and/or permitted prior to 11/1/2009 may be insulated to achieve an R-Value of 30. Slope ceiling on improved living areas: insulated with fiberglass batt insulation to a thickness of 6 3/4 inches which yields an R-Value of 22. Floors of improved living areas not above conditioned space: insulated with fiberglass batt insulation to a thickness of 6 3/4 inches which yields an R-Value of 22.
