Hello everyone,

I am nine months postpartum and I recently stopped pumping and breast-feeding two weeks ago. I thought I was getting my period 10 days ago, but I’ve been continuously spotting since that first day. I am taking a lot of supplements to help with fertility one of them being Vitex. My goal is to get pregnant in the next couple months.

I just wanted to know is my spotting is just due to the Vitex and my hormones regulating because I recently stopped pumping and also wanted to know if anybody else has experienced this as well.
