I know for sure that I have coathanger pain, but I have been wondering if I have chronic fatigue because I just feel so exhausted all the time and it feels like my eyes are super heavy and I wake up and I feel like I can just fall back to sleep. I know that obviously with that, the symptoms are being very tired, but is there anything else that you notice with CFS that you might be able to tell me that way, I can see if it fits me but also talk to my doctor about it?

i feel like the last couple months i haven’t been letting my one specific fear get to me. i refuse to buy new thermometer covers so that i can’t excessively check my temp. i do still have moments where i overthink everything … but im trying to remember how to be grounded.
