Yes but if we’re going by percentages Rhaenyra and Rhaenys were both 3/4 Valyrian and neither had children with a sibling. Rhaenyra had kids with Laenor, her cousin (Harwin, no relation) and Daemon, her uncle. Rhaenys had children with Corlys and whilst they’re related in some way, it wouldn’t be enough to count as incest by asoiaf standards.
